Nandita Sahgal
Nandita Sahgal is the Chief Investment Officer of EM Impact Capital. She has over 25 years’ financial markets experience working in asset management, equity capital markets and M&A at ThomasLloyd Group, Insinger de Beaufort and Seymour Pierce. Having qualified with Deloitte, she is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. She is also an independent non-executive director and audit chair of Pacific Assets Trust plc and Murray Income Trust plc.
James Kinsbrook
James Kinsbrook is a Managing Director of EM Impact Capital. His previous roles have included positions at ThomasLloyd Group, Fidelity International and EDF Trading. James has over 15 years’ financial markets experience working in M&A, asset management and energy trading and has led various impact investing initiatives. He holds a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Southampton and is a CFA charter holder.
RaviRaj Salecha
RaviRaj Salecha is a Managing Director of EM Impact Capital. He has over 15 years’ of financial markets experience working in asset management, project finance and M&A at ThomasLloyd Group, IL&FS Group and IDBI Bank. RaviRaj holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Electronics and Communications from R.V.R & J.C College of Engineering, Guntur. He is also an independent non-executive director of Ampup Energy Private Limited.
